Vapme Wholesale: Eight Models, Two Name Traps

Eight Vapme models sit in our catalogue right now, and two of the names get used twice. Order Vapme wholesale off a model name alone and you can end up with a different device from the one you were quoted. We’ve had that conversation more than once, and it usually happens a few days after a carton lands.

It isn’t really a Vapme problem. Plenty of factories do it. A name that sells gets carried over to the next platform, and the old one stays in production because somebody somewhere is still ordering it.

What the eight actually are

Crystal 7000 is the smallest — 14 ml on a 650 mAh cell, and it makes no attempt to look like anything else. Fire 9000 takes the tank to 18 ml and the cell to 850. Digital 12000 keeps the 18 ml but ships the shortest flavour list in the family, eight where most of its brothers carry twelve.

Shisha 15000 holds 25 ml on the smaller 650 cell. Monster 16000 goes to 26 ml and back up to 850. The Vapme SpaceX 22000 tops the run at 30 ml and 850 mAh, and it’s the only one the factory offers in three strengths — 2%, 3% and 5%. If you supply more than one kind of shop, that last detail earns its keep.

Crystal twice, Shisha twice

Somebody at that factory really likes the word Crystal.

Put the two side by side and almost nothing matches. 14 ml against 20 ml. 650 mAh against 700. Two price points, one word on the box, and a customer at the counter asking for the Crystal. Which one goes in the bag? The assistant doesn’t know either, because the shelf ticket was printed from an order form that said Crystal and stopped there.

Shisha is the wider gap. 25 ml on 650 mAh against 28 ml on 850, with model names about a word and a half apart. Somebody at the factory ran the numbers on that overlap and shipped it anyway, which tells you how much the distinction matters on their side of the water.

The fix is boring, costs nothing, and almost nobody does it. Write the puff number and the tank size next to the name every single time it goes in an email. Crystal 20000, 20 ml. Crystal on its own is a coin toss, and the coin lands wrong often enough that we ask before we pick now. Twice this year a distributor has sent the name with no numbers attached. Both times somebody spent the week chasing which one he meant while the carton sat on a pallet waiting for an answer.

Why the battery ignores the puff count

Common sense says the biggest device carries the biggest cell. This range disagrees.

Fire 9000, second from the bottom, runs 850 mAh. Crystal 20000 has more than double the puff rating and runs a 700. Shisha 15000 runs 650, the same cell as the smallest model in the family. Tally all eight and you get five at 850, one at 700, two at 650. Sorted by size, that’s close to random.

None of which is a fault. Every model recharges over Type-C, so the cell never has to outlast the tank, only the day. Seen that way the numbers stop looking arbitrary and start looking like somebody’s purchasing decision — three standard cells fitted to eight bodies, three certification files instead of eight, and a factory that can swap a body without requalifying a battery.

It does change what you say at the counter, though. A 20,000 model that gets plugged in every night is working as intended, no differently from the 9,000 next to it. Say that before the sale and it doesn’t come back as a complaint in week two.

Millilitres per thousand puffs

Want a number the box will never give you? Divide the tank by the puff rating.

Crystal 7000 and Fire 9000 both land at 2.0 ml per thousand. Digital 12000 drops to 1.5, Shisha 15000 reads 1.67, Monster 16000 reads 1.63. Vapme Crystal 20000 sits at exactly 1.0, the leanest in the run, while Shisha Pro Max 20000 comes out at 1.4.

Those figures say nothing about quality. They measure draw length, or rather the draw length the factory assumed when it printed the number. Short machine draws inflate a count out of a small tank. Longer draws deflate one out of a bigger tank. Two honest devices, two sets of assumptions, and a spread from 1.0 to 2.0 inside a single brand.

We went through that arithmetic at length in how puff counts from 5K to 35K get calculated, if you want the long version.

What all eight share

Now the other side of it. Eight models, one set of habits, and that consistency is the actual argument for stocking the range.

Every listing we carry has a screen showing liquid and battery level. Every one charges over Type-C. Every one uses mesh coils. Puff ratings run from 7,000 to 22,000 across the eight, so there’s no stray 100,000 flagship hanging off the end of the scale and wrecking a price ladder you spent a season building. The full set sits in the Vapme range with tank and cell figures on each listing, so comparing two of them takes a minute instead of an afternoon.

One brand, one sentence on the shelf talker, and the customer picks a size. Whatever they pick, the rest of the spec is already familiar from the model beside it, which is worth more at a counter than any single feature. The flip side is that a shop trying to differentiate will find very little here to hang a story on, because the shop down the road stocks the same eight and says the same sentence.

Flavours run from eight on Digital 12000 up to twelve on Fire 9000 and Monster 16000. Narrow for this price band, and narrow on purpose. Fewer flavours means more depth behind each one, which is what a reorder wants and what an experiment doesn’t.

Picking three for a first Vapme wholesale order

If it were our shelf, we’d take three. Something cheap at the bottom, something that moves in the middle, something for the customer who asks what your biggest one is.

Crystal 7000 or Fire 9000 covers the first. Monster 16000 covers the second, because the middle is where the volume actually lives. SpaceX 22000 covers the third, and it’s the one that lets you serve two strengths off a single listing.

Not all eight. Two of them sit close enough together that your own staff will spend more time explaining the difference than any customer spends caring, and shelf space costs more than completeness does.

Naming schemes in this industry reward the factory and cost the buyer. Vapme isn’t the worst offender we’ve seen, not by a distance, but eight models and two reused names is enough to trip up a first order. Quote the puff number and the tank size together out of habit, and the problem stops being yours to fix.
